You can use the full range of warehouse services, incl. tracking product expiration dates (when applicable), inventorying once a year, dividing returned products into three groups: salable, defective and unsalable, for the purpose of their further management.
* Optimization with a warehouse fulfillment software
The fulfillment software offered by NEXT BASKET is specialized for warehouses where orders for online stores are processed – it draws a route for the picker (the perso collecting the orders); "stores" frequently ordered items in several warehouse positions at the same time, thus reducing collection time; monitors the correct completion of orders, etc.
Packaging and handing over the orders to a courier
Products from online orders are packed several times a day, bills of lading are prepared for the shipments and handed over to a courier for delivery to the customer.
When a customer of the online store returns a product for repair, NEXT BASKET sends the product to the appropriate warranty service or stores it to give you the opportunity to dispose of it.
NEXT BASKET has established connections with many courier firms allowing the end customer of the online store to choose which one will handle the order and where it will be delivered - to an address given by the customer or to a courier office.
* Accepting and labelling products in the warehouse
Upon receipt at NEXT BASKET's warehouse, all products receive a label with a barcode. This helps to optimally track and manage them within the warehouse and beyond, until they reach the end customer.
The fulfillment software of the Platform monitors the expiration date of the products (when applicable), for which you should submit a file with information about the products.
